BHS Stage 3 Care Qualification: This course follows the BHS Stage 3 Care syllabus. Under the two main sections, Care A and Care B, there are 12 individual topics all covering extensive amounts of information necessary for this qualification. To assist with your learning, we have designed the course to have an easy to follow format allowing you to use it in sequence, or in your own preferred order.

BHS Stage 3 Lungeing Qualification: We also include a training course for the BHS Stage 3 Lungeing Qualification. It corresponds with the BHS Stage 3 Lungeing syllabus, and provides you with detailed knowledge about the different methods of working and training a horse on the lunge.

If you wish to obtain the BHS Stage 2 Care or BHS Stage 2 Lungeing qualifications you will need to sit and pass each exam at a recognised BHS exam centre. How To Use The Stage Three Training Course:

1.  Choose which subject you wish to study. You can study either methodically or in your preferred order.
2.  Read the learning goals. This ensures you understand what you are expected to achieve once you have completed the subject.
3. Click onto each title and begin studying all of the included content. Complete all of the online sections within this subject to ensure you have all the relevant information required for the BHS stage three exam.
4. Complete all of the practical tasks. These tasks should be performed frequently, until you are accomplished, to ensure you can perform and speak practically in the exam. Once you are well rehearsed, and before taking the BHS exam, we recommend you ask a BHS instructor to observe you performing all the practical tasks.
5. Use the online revision quizzes to test your knowledge on each subject.
6. Download and print out the PDF revision worksheet and complete the exercise. Check your answers are correct online, then store in a folder and use to revise for the exam.
